
AI Persona Method — Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing & Delivery
Digital product only. No physical items are shipped.
Immediate access. Within five (5) minutes of a successful payment you will receive:
- A payment receipt.
- Login details for the course dashboard.
- Missing email? If neither message arrives within 30 minutes, check spam/junk folders first, then contact Support (Section 6).
2. System Requirements
A current desktop or mobile browser and a stable internet connection are required. Live workshops use the free Zoom application (recommended).
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If the program does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email support@aipersonamethod.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Order #]”.
Include the email address used at checkout.
(Optional) Briefly share why the program did not fit your needs. Feedback helps us improve but is not required for approval.
Refunds are initiated within two (2) U.S. business days of approval:
- Stripe-processed payments – credit appears on the original card in 5–10 business days (issuer dependent).
- PayPal payments – PayPal generally posts refunds immediately, but it can take up to 48 hours to show in your account.
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days cannot be honored.
4. Returns & Access
Because delivery is 100 % digital, physical returns are not applicable. If a refund is granted, course access is deactivated immediately.
5. Subscriptions & Cancellations (if applicable)
For any recurring plan, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date via the account dashboard or by emailing Support. Cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the end of the current paid term. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.

7. Legal & Export Compliance
Sales are not offered in jurisdictions subject to U.S. trade sanctions or export restrictions. Orders originating from restricted regions will be canceled and refunded.
8. Data Protection & Payment Security
Checkout options. Payments may be processed via:
- GoHighLevel (which transmits card data to Stripe),
- Stripe, or
- PayPal.
PCI DSS compliance. All three platforms meet PCI DSS requirements; no card data is stored on AI Persona LLC servers.
HTTPS encryption. The entire checkout flow is served over HTTPS.
9. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in legal or operational requirements. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
