1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The AI Persona Method (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.aipersonamethod.com and any related sub-domains (collectively, the “Site”) as well as the digital training products, communities, and services we provide (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Site or use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Purchases & Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through GoHighLevel (which transmits card data to Stripe), Stripe, or PayPal.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • You authorize us and our third-party processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, Services, and all original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of The AI Persona Method or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Portfolio Rights

Vendor (The AI Persona Method) retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to display, reproduce, and distribute designs or deliverables it has created in its portfolio, on its websites, and in third-party trade publications, award venues, or exhibits, solely for the purpose of promoting or exemplifying Vendor’s work. Vendor retains the right to be credited with copyright ownership and authorship in connection with such use.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  1. Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.
  2. Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Site.

8. Fulfillment & 30-Day Satisfaction Policy

8.1 Order Processing & Delivery

  • The Services are digital-only; no physical goods are shipped.
  • Within five (5) minutes of successful payment you will receive a payment receipt and an email containing login credentials for the course dashboard.
  • If these emails do not arrive within thirty (30) minutes, check spam/junk folders first, then contact Support (Section 12).

8.2 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If the Services do not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@aipersonamethod.com with subject line “Refund Request – [Order #]”.
  2. Include the email address used at checkout.

Refunds are initiated within two (2) U.S. business days of approval and are returned to the original payment method. Please allow five to ten (5–10) business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Refund requests submitted after 30 days cannot be honored.

8.3 Returns & Access

Because fulfillment is 100 % digital, physical returns are not applicable. If a refund is issued, your access to the Services is terminated immediately.

8.4 Subscriptions & Cancellation (if applicable)

For recurring plans, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date via your account dashboard or by emailing Support. Cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the conclusion of the current paid term. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall The AI Persona Method, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site or send you an email at least thirty (30) days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Consent to Contact & Use of Submitted Information

By providing your contact information (such as email address or phone number) through any form on the Site or in connection with the Services, you consent to receive communications from us or our partners via mail, phone, text message, or email. These communications may be sent using automated technology and may include promotional content or updates related to our Services. This consent applies even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
